Gloversville Enlarged School District Launches DTSDE Survey

Gloversville Enlarged School District strives to equip all students for excellence by showing them how their high school diploma is a key to lifelong success and personal achievement — and we need your help! Take our Diagnostic Tool for School and District Effectiveness (DTSDE) Survey, which is open through Monday, Nov. 27. Your participation is extremely important.

The DTSDE Survey is a part of the New York State Department of Education requirements for Focus and Priority Schools. Survey questions address district leadership and capacity, school leader practices and decisions, curriculum development and support, teacher practices and decisions, student social and emotional developmental health, and family and community engagement.

While this is a state-mandated survey, we see it as a community-wide conversation about how we can provide our students with the skills and support to reach their full potential.

Staff members and parents with a current email address on file with the district will be sent a personal invitation and survey link. Parents can also take the survey on our district website, app, Facebook page, or School Tool Parent Portal. Take the survey

The survey can be taken on any computer, tablet, or smartphone. Students in grades 6-12 will take the survey during school.

All responses are strictly confidential. K12 Insight, our independent research partner, will administer the survey and compile the results. The final reports will include only the overall results, not individual responses.
