The Gloversville Enlarged School District (GESD) is seeking information from families regarding the reopening of school for the 2020-2021 school year. There are many questions and concerns as how to return to school in the safest possible way. We are committed to providing the best possible educational experience for all of our students, while following  the health and safety guidelines established by the CDC, New York State Department of Health, and the New York State Education Department (NYSED).

School reopening plans can not be finalized until Governor Andrew Cuomo and/or  NYSED provide final guidance.  Several members of the GESD administrative team participated in the NYSED “Reopening Schools Task Force" meetings and will utilize Task Force findings to guide our district-level planning committees.  As important as the Task Force is, the feelings of our families and staff are equally important.  We ask that you please take a few minutes to share your thoughts with us on reopening Gloversville Schools.  Input from all of these sources will help us develop a plan reflective of our entire school community.    Please take a moment to complete this brief online survey. The survey will remain open until July 17, 2020.
