WELCOME TO KINDERGARTEN!
We are so excited to hear you will be attending Kindergarten! We are going to have a great time in kindergarten. We bet you already know a lot of things and soon you are going to learn even more. We will have so much fun reading books, learning to write words, and playing some really cool games.
Here are some things you will need for school.
A book bag that will fit a folder
Two (2) plastic two-pocket folders
One (1) spiral notebook
2 boxes of Crayola 24 count crayons
6-10 glue sticks
Fiscar scissors
Ticonderoga pencils (sharpened if possible)
1 box of tissues (for personal use)
1 cup of Play-doh
Expo dry erase markers (fine point)
Quart size Ziploc bags with a slider
Headphones
Art smock (an old t-shirt works well)
Loose leaf paper
Please have a change of clothes in your child’s book bag in case of a spill or an accidental oopsie
Wish list: If you are able, you may also donate any of the following to our class: Lysol wipes
If you don’t know already, please practice writing your first name using a capital letter in the beginning and lowercase letters for the rest.

5 pocket folders (at least 2 plastic)
2 boxes (24 ct.) Crayola Brand crayons
2 composition notebooks
loose leaf paper
1 pack (12 ct.) glue sticks
1 backpack (to bring items to and from school)
1 box (12 ct.) Crayola Brand colored pencils or markers
2 containers of disinfecting wipes or 2 rolls of paper towels
1 pair of headphones in a labeled Ziploc bag
1 pack of sandwich or gallon size Ziploc bags
2 boxes of tissues
1 pack (4 ct.) Expo Brand markers
2 boxes of pencil top erasers
1 pair of children’s scissors
1 pencil box (to store supplies)
2 bottles of hand sanitizer
1 (6 qt.) plastic bin (for storage under cubby)
