On Saturday, April 27, three Gloversville High School students participated in the awards ceremony for the Lake Placid Poetry Contest reading their award-winning work!

GHS seniors Kaylee Hotaling and Isabella Marshall and sophomore Abbey Wells were among the winners in this year’s contest, which is open to K-12 students who live or attend school in the Adirondack Park area.

The winners’ poetry also will be printed in the publication “Words from the Woods.” Congratulations to our published poets!
