GMS parents invited to give State Ed feedback at forum

The New York State Education Department (NYSED) will be visiting Gloversville Middle School Feb. 12-14 to learn about how the school operates and work with staff to find ways to help the school improve.

The team visiting the middle school is very interested in getting feedback from families and hearing their ideas about improving the school. Administrators have arranged for the team from State Ed to meet with parents at 3 p.m. Feb. 13.

During the session, parents will be asked a variety of questions for which there are no right or wrong answers. Parents are asked to answer honestly so the team can learn from them and provide the best recommendations possible to the school.

Parent insight is very valuable to this process, and the team is very eager to hear feedback. Parents and guardians who can attend the session at 3 p.m. Feb. 13 should contact Karen Fuelleman at 775-5720, ext. 2061.
