Scholars in Mrs. Cook’s 8th grade Careers class recently presented at a “Career Fair” in the classroom. After researching chosen careers, the scholars created posters to present and display to invited guests. Not only did they become knowledgeable about their chosen career, but they also gained confidence in their ability to speak in public.
Here is a list of some of the careers that were researched and presented: welding, teaching, forensics, astrophysics, wind energy, criminal psychology, radiology, computer engineering, marketing, and robotics. These scholars did an excellent job and we look forward to their futures!
