All 5 Kid wind teams competed at Colonie on Saturday! They had a great experience all successfully producing energy in the wind tunnel and no one’s blade broke! The judges were very impressed with the knowledge of the 5th graders and that this was their first experience with wind turbine building. The Windmill Warriors won a judge’s choice door prize! They’re all looking forward to continuing this club next year and take their knowledge and build bigger and better turbines next year! We are so proud of them!
