chronic absences

As of February 6, 2024,  1032 of our 2467 district scholars have missed 9 or more days of school!   That is 42% of our scholar population!   These children are all on track to be deemed “chronically absent” by missing 10%  or more of the school year.  

  • As of February 6, 2024,  209 scholars (8%) have missed between 18-29 days of school

  • As of February 6, 2024, 67 scholars (3%) have missed between 30-39 days of school.

  • As of February 6, 2024, 46 scholars (2%) have missed between 40-49 days of school.

  • As of February 6, 2024, 16 scholars (1%) have missed between 50-59 days of school.

  • As of February 6, 2024, 10 scholars have missed between 60-69 days of school

  • As of February 6, 2024, 7 scholars have missed between 70-79 days of school

As of February 6,  2024, 3 scholars have missed 80 or more days of school.
