GMS had so much fun on Halloween!! Scholars and staff dressed up as all kinds of crazy characters this year! GMS hopes everyone has a safe Halloween night and thank you to all who participated in making this an awesome holiday this year!
Congratulations to Lara Alikhan, the winner of the Decorate a Pumpkin Like a Book Cover Contest. Scholars and staff chose Lara's pumpkin based on Linger by Maggie Stiefvater. The Gloversville Middle School Library sponsored the contest. Thirteen participants each submitted a sketch designed after a book and then decorated their pumpkins. Thank you to all the scholars who participated and those who voted!

National Junior Honor Society is collecting socks to donate to the homeless shelter and the Cops n' Kicks for Kids program. New socks will be accepted at the GMS main office, the GMS health office, and the GMS library until Nov 3rd.

The Glove City Youth Coalition would like to invite you to help celebrate Red Ribbon Week by wearing red on Monday, October 30th. This year’s theme is “Be Kind To Your Mind, Live Drug Free”.
