📚☕️ Today was a very special coffeehouse day in Mrs. Stryjek’s 5th-grade class! Our 4th graders had an amazing field trip to Roger’s Apple Orchard! 🍎 They explored a fun corn maze, took a wagon ride, and even played on hay bales! They also learned the right way to pick apples and listened to a cool story about Johnny Appleseed. It was an awesome day of learning and fun! 🎉

🎨✨ Exciting news from our 7th Grade Digital Media Arts class! Our scholars have been transitioning from traditional art techniques to the digital world, and they've just completed an incredible collaborative piece inspired by the work of fine artist Jen Stark, who bridges the gap between digital and commercial art. This project not only gave scholars a chance to explore the elements of art and principles of design, but it also introduced them to emerging careers and technologies in the art world. On Friday, second graders at Park Terrace participated in a Paul Bunyan Flapjack Breakfast to celebrate the end of our Fairytales and Tall Tales Unit! We would like to give a huge thank you to our cafeteria staff for making this whole event a success!
