Our middle school scholars have been hard at work creating Growth Mindset Posters — and the final products are inspiring✏️
Guided by Mr. Sayward, scholars showcased their creativity while highlighting the power of perseverance, positivity, and never giving up. 💪
We’re so proud of the effort and thought our scholars put into these projects. Their posters are a great reminder that with the right mindset, anything is possible! 🙌💡

Today, our scholars learned all about oral health from Hudson Headwaters Healthy Smiles, a program that provides free preventative dental services and education to scholars in our community. 🦷✨
Speaking of that—our scholars have the option to receive FREE dental care through this amazing program!

This year, our Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) has included an initiative where scholars receive a "golden ticket" from local businesses if they show the can be respectful, be responsible, and be safe in the community.

The 2024–2025 GHS National Honor Society has been recognized with the Service Award of Excellence by the National Honor Society’s national office! Of the five schools in New York State to receive this honor, Gloversville is the only one outside of the New York City region to be selected. 🌟
This award highlights the initiative, leadership, and positive impact our students have within the school and community. From raising funds for childhood cancer research through St. Baldrick’s, to sponsoring blood drives with the American Red Cross, our Honor Society members have truly embodied the spirit of service.

This program is all about teaching financial literacy and responsibility in a fun, engaging way. By learning the importance of saving, tracking spending, and setting goals, our scholars are building lifelong money management skills. 🙌📊
