📚 A special visit to wrap up a meaningful unit!
Fulton County Historian Samantha Hall-Saladino stopped by Ms. Costanza and Mrs. Ashline’s 5th grade class to help bring history to life. As part of their CKLA unit on Native Americans, scholars explored the powerful story and traditions of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy.
Together, they created traditional corn husk dolls and learned the cultural significance behind why these dolls have no face—a lesson that beautifully tied together history, values, and storytelling.
Thank you, Samantha, for helping our scholars connect with the past in such a memorable way!

Ms. Leahy's College Biology scholars presented their end of year research projects at the First Annual Science Symposium on Monday May 12th. Each student presented their Science research topics that covered a wide range of science topics to their fellow peers, teachers and families throughout the day.
